Issues, Etc. Trademark Dispute

Pastor Todd Wilken has posted information that the LCMS is actively opposing the trademark application filed independently by Harry Madsen.

Thanks to Stan Slonkosky, the Brothers of John the Steadfast located and has published the legal filings in this matter.

It is very informative reading; we must bring light to this issue and make as many as possible aware of what our synod is doing behind closed doors. Review especially all the information included in the last filing in opposition to the trademark by the LCMS. There is a lot of information and documentation as to what happened there.
